Got the siding done on the second dormer. Next is the fascia up top and then the metal trim.

Back from a break

Back at it after taking a break to work on a renovation on my current house. I want to get this tiny house done in the next year or so.

Flooring progress

Hardwood Flooring... Work in Progress

These are the hardwood boards I got from some industrial pallets. they are 1 1/4 inch thick. Some of them have already been planed down to 7/8".

This week I am going to head to a friends house to plane down the rest. After that we will tongue and groove all the boards on his flooring machine. I am really excited to see how the floor will turn out!

Siding and fascia

Siding is almost done but I still need to put the trim pieces on for the roof. This winter I plan on working on the interior.

Kids Tiny House

When my kids get older, I want them to have their own space. Here is a design I just did for their own space!

The exterior will compliment the main house

going for that cape cod feel.

The interior features a half bath with linen closet, 

bunk beds, and a 5 foot wide closet.
